Michalene E "Mike" McGarvey has owned and operated Tri-County
Abstract since May 1981. As a former legal secretary with the law firm
of Webster & Webster, for a period in excess of 40 years, her primary
duties included working with residential and commercial real estate
transactions, together with the handling of estate and probate
proceedings.
Susan L Bondarenka is our Senior Administrative Assistant who came
to Tri-County Abstract in January 2002. She is our right hand and is a
real asset to us. Her primary duties include obtaining tax information,
municipal and all required lien certificates, payoffs, statements for open
mortgages and judgements. She will be maintaining and tracking all of
our files.
Ruth Stansick is our Junior Administrative Assistant and handles all
post closings. She is an asset to our administrative assistant. Ruth is
responsible for completion of the closing packages and mailing all
documents and payoffs to the proper departments.
Rebecca A McGarvey performs title searches, current owner searches,
bring-downs and recordings. Rebecca is a definite asset to our firm.
Tri-County Abstract is a member of Fayette County PA Chamber of
Commerce, Pennsylvania Land Title Institute.
