Title Searches and Closings performed in the Counties of Fayette,
Greene, Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland and Somerset.
Issuing Title Insurance Commitments for Lending Institutions and/or
Owners.
Obtaining all local tax information and proration of same: all Municipal
Lien Letters, Tax Certifications and Domestic Relations certificates.
Obtaining written payoff statements of all open mortgage and
judgments.
Preparation of all documents, including HUD1 for closings and
distribution of same to all parties involved for approval prior to closing.
Reviewing and Preparing all closing documents for signature of
Sellers/Buyers/Borrowers.
Coordinating closing dates with all parties involved in the real estate
transactions.
Attends all closings.
Reviewing all closing documents and forwarding the same to Lender
Follow-up satisfactions of outstanding mortgages, judgments and
other matters
